Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. Once items have been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, confirmation number, and regular updates.  Most orders take between 2-8 business days to arrive. 

Once your orders have been processed you will receive tracking information from this point forward.

Shipping is a Flat rate of $12.99 for Ceramics and $19.99 for all dried floral purchases.

We try to source recycled or sustainable materials from our suppliers to pack our products, including bubble wrap and re-used boxes. Please re-use these items when you send a parcel or reach out to a local business that may be able to utilize this in some way.

We use Australia Post to ship your products so we are able to offer a cost-effective shipping option.

We endeavor to get your product to you in a safe and economical way.
